Although grains have been fed to dogs for decades, grain-free foods are closer to a dog’s ancestral diet, however we have upped the ante! We’ve added slow energy-release carbs like peas which are rich in dietary fibre, lentils which are alkaline, meaning they don’t produce wind and are great for sensitive tummies and sweet potato, which is rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory nutrients.
