Use 1 tablet daily per 10 kg body weight.
< 10 kg = ½ – 1 tablet daily
10 – 20 kg = 1 – 2 tablets daily
20 kg = 2 – 4 tablets daily
If giving more than 1 tablet daily, divide between AM and PM. Double the daily amount for the first three weeks.
