Sea buckthorn oil is the source:

- natural beta - carotene carotenoids (at least 50 mg%); Omega - 3, 6, 7, 9 polyunsaturated fatty acids; vitamins A (retinol), E (tocopherol), K (phylloquinone), F, C, P, B1, B6, B9; Micro and trace elements.

1 teaspoon 2 times a day with meals, which provides 30% of the body's adequate daily need for carotenoids and 7.2% of the daily need for fats.
The duration of the reception is 3-4 weeks, the reception can be repeated 2-3 per year.
